As if a full day at Volleyball wasn’t enough, I back up my day with a Masterclass 101 cooking event at the Southbank location with a few members of our team.
Lots of dishes on the menu to showcase and share with the customers. Always great to try new things, challenge yourself and take on board feedback. My dishes were all new for me but enjoyed presenting them all.
The room smelt amazing and every dish tasted delicious. Fantastic to work alongside two very impressive foodies with great knowledge, confidence and experience.
A little juggle to capture the night whilst also cooking and cleaning as we go. But managed a few memories.
Traffic getting in was a nightmare thanks to NFL hype hitting Melbourne.
A seriously long and physical day. But enjoyed it all. My poor feet 👣 were done by the time I finally crawled into bed.
