20/05/2026

I know I’ve been a little quieter on here lately so I wanted to give you all an update ❤️

Yung Cook God isn’t going anywhere. I’ve been putting a LOT of energy into building something really special with my music project over at

Cooking will always be part of me but lately I’ve been deep in the studio, creating, planning and giving this next chapter everything I’ve got.

Thank you for sticking with me while I balance both worlds 🫶 If you’ve been wondering what I’ve been up to… come hang with me over at because there’s a lot happening 👀

Broke Boy Chow Mein 🥩🍜

Ingredients
• 500g beef mince
• 1 packet 2 Minute Chicken Noodle Soup
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
• ½ cup green beans, chopped
• ½ cup peas
• 1–1½ cups water

Method
1. Heat a large pan over medium–high heat. Add the beef mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until browned.
2. Add the diced onion and cook for about 2 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the cabbage, green beans and peas. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until the veg starts to soften.
5. Pour in the water and bring it to a simmer.
6. Break the instant noodles into the pan and add the seasoning packet.
7. Stir everything together and cook for 2–3 minutes until the noodles soften and the broth reduces slightly.
8. Give it a final mix so the noodles soak up all the flavour and the mince and veg are evenly combined.
9. Serve hot straight out of the pan.

Mozzarella Stuffed Dorito Chicken Tenders 🐓🧀

Ingredients
• Chicken breast (cut into thick tenders)
• Mozzarella sticks
• 1 cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 large bag Doritos (crushed)
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp mayo
• Fresh dill (chopped)
• Squeeze of lemon
• Salt
• Pepper

METHOD
1. Cut a pocket into each chicken tender and stuff a piece of mozzarella stick inside. If the cheese tries to escape, secure it with a toothpick.
2. Set up three bowls. One with flour, one with whisked eggs and one with crushed Doritos.
3. Take the stuffed chicken and coat it in flour then dip it in the egg then press it into the crushed Doritos until fully coated.
4. Place the coated tenders into an air fryer at 200°C for 15–18 minutes or bake in the oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
5. While the chicken cooks, make the ranch by mixing together the sour cream, mayo, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
6. Serve the crispy Doritos chicken tenders hot and dunk them straight into the ranch.
