Each item is unique and may vary from its original featured picture due to its handmade nature. The cotton used to create each item is 100% recycled cotton. This means that each batch of cotton may vary in colour, and have colour imperfections and/or flecks of other coloured cotton mixed through. This is NOT a mistake or flaw in the item. SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
IF SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE - all prices
will state and include shipping costs. All stocked items will be shipped within 2 - 6 business days after payment has been made. All made-to-order items will be shipped within 1 - 3 weeks depending on workload and item complexity (this will be outlined in the item description). Delivery times will vary depending on location. Each item will be packaged with extreme care, however, I cannot guarantee its safety once in transit and cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur. RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Returns and refunds are not available for change of mind orders or damage due to misuse and/or not following care instructions. If an item is faulty or severely damaged during transit, it may be eligible for a refund within the first 14-day period.
