A few years ago I found the energy healing of Reiki. I was amazed at how calm and collected I felt after my first session.

For the first time in years my mind stopped racing, the heavy feeling of anxiety on my chest lifted, I began to look forward to the future. It was a game changer for me so I set about learning as much as I could to understand the art of Reiki and healing.
