Ending Friday with all the texture for our Corymbia Cct project. 🤎

Natural stone, warm timber, soft layers and beautiful imperfections, materials that bring a little soul of their own. Grateful everyday I get to spend my days creating spaces that will become the backdrop to someone’s life!

Still evolving, but this palette is starting to feel pretty special 🍂

Palette in progress for a new project in Box Hill 🤎

Day one of pulling this one together, with plenty more sourcing still to come. My clients have been leaning towards the warmer palettes a lot lately. But this time I’m looking to bring in a little more texture and tactility, finishes that feel natural and a little imperfect.

Still very much a work in progress, but this is the direction and the palette is slowly starting to find its personality.

A little before + after from the Paula Pearce Project 🍂

There’s something special about breathing new life into an existing home. Honouring what was there, while creating something that feels softer, warmer and more connected to the people who live within it.

This bathroom has been transformed through natural textures, warm timber, soft earthy tones and gentle curves creating a space that feels calm & grounded.

The project isn’t quite finished yet, so we’re not ready for the full reveal just yet. For now a little glimpse straight from my camera roll of what’s taking shape.

Ending the week with this one & feeling a little soulful today 🤎

When I work on a home, every colour, texture & material is chosen with intention. It’s not something I take lightly.

I don’t choose them simply because it works. I choose it with intention because it becomes the setting for someone’s life.

The family dinners.
Their Christmas traditions.
The movie nights.
The conversations around the island.
The quiet moments when the house finally slows down.

Those everyday moments are what turn a house into a home. And getting to play a small part in creating the spaces where they happen is something I’ll always feel grateful for 🍂

In a world where technology can create almost anything I still believe the soul of a home comes from something deeply human 🧘‍♀️. It’s about understanding the people who will live within it & creating a space that feels home to them. I hope that’s a part of design we never loose 🤎

A little moment from the Shepparton Project. 🤍

This dining room came together around an earthy palette & bold accents with just layers of texture and a few pieces that quietly add character to the space.

One of my favourites is Gioia’s Pastel Midlands by Dear Musketeer Studio. I chose this artwork for the softness it adds to the space. The muted landscape and gentle earthy tones felt so natural in this room and tied in beautifully with the dining table & textured chairs.

Sanders Project | Dining & Kitchen 🍃

Warm oak, soft curves, textured ceramics and simple styling pieces were carefully selected to complement the finishes palette and bring warmth and character to these spaces of the home.

We often only share the finished spaces, but today I thought I’d share a few of the not-so-pretty photos that came before it for the Sanders Project. Because every beautiful home starts with a vision and a whole lot of work behind the scenes.

Behind every finished space are sketches, samples, conversations, refinements and countless design decisions that slowly bring the vision to life. While the finished kitchen is what everyone sees, it’s everything behind the scenes that makes it possible. From the initial concepts and carefully curated finishes palette to the craftsmanship of the joiner, the precision of the stonemason, the expertise of the electricians & plumbers and the builder bringing every detail together on site, each stage plays an important role in creating a home that feels cohesive, functional and timeless.

Laundry spaces are often overlooked, but they’re one of the hardest working rooms in the home. Thoughtful storage, durable finishes and a calm, timeless palette can make even the everyday tasks feel that little bit easier.
