Experienced Secretary / Administration Assistant – Joinery Company
We are a growing joinery company based in Chipping Norton and are looking for an experienced and reliable Secretary / Administration Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and emails
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Preparing quotations, invoices, and general documentation
* Filing and maintaining company records
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and tradespeople
* Assisting with project administration and office operations
* General administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a secretary, administration, or office support role
* Experience in the joinery, construction, or manufacturing industry is highly regarded
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
