🎀 OCTOBER IS PINK… BUT THERE'S SO MUCH MORE BEHIND THE COLOUR 💗
Here we are… October. Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🩷
Everywhere we look, businesses are turning their packaging PINK, ribbons are appearing, & conversations around breast cancer awareness are happening.
And that's a wonderful thing. 🌸
Some of you may remember these rather unique creations that came out of my little backyard Studio 43.
"My macramé BO***ES!" 😍💗
These beautiful, quirky wall hangings came about through requests from women right here in Australia.
And what started as a creative idea became something that could open up conversations about our bodies, our breasts, our health & the importance of looking after ourselves.
Because that's something I'm incredibly passionate about.
Through my own diferent health journey, I've learnt just how precious our health really is.
And today, whether I'm creating something beautiful in Studio 43 or sharing my passion for natural wellness supplements, my message comes from the same place.
Prevention where possible. Awareness always & making informed choices. 🌿
Have you ever stopped to think about the everyday products we bring into our homes?
Our cleaning products, laundry detergents, skincare, fragrances, personal care products and cosmetics?
I'm not saying everything is harmful, or that changing products will prevent breast cancer.
But I do believe it's worth being curious, reading labels, asking questions & making informed choices about what we use every day.
We can't control everything in life but we can take an active interest in our own wellbeing. 💚
And this October, let's also remember the things that really matter.

🎀 Keeping up with recommended breast screening.
🎀 Supporting women and families navigating a breast cancer diagnosis.
🎀 Having conversations that matter.
🎀 Showing kindness, compassion & love.
