Today, we’re celebrating 6 years of Unshelf Design. 🎉

We went back and forth on which date to celebrate - our incorporation date, or the day Sarah launched the website.

In the end, incorporation won out, because that's the day Sarah truly committed (which was actually May 13th!). She closed her marketing business and bet on herself, and on the idea that homes should feel like a hug.

Six years and so many beautiful spaces and people later, we're so grateful for every client who's let us into their home and trusted us with something that really matters. Here's to many more. 🥂

For every project we take on, Liberty mocks up ‘Room Boards’ of our new design using real photos of each space.

It is one of our favourite parts of the process because it takes all of the selections we have carefully curated - flooring, cabinetry, paint, and everything in between - and gives our clients the ability to visualize our design in the rooms they thought they knew.

Our Airdrie project is officially kicking off - upstairs! Same client, same home, but this time we are working our way through the top floor, with an ensuite, guest bath, and a brand new laundry room all on the list.

The bathroom flatlays are sisters to the basement finishes we already have in place, reimagined for each new space to keep the whole home feeling cohesive.
