A newly completed spec home for Bright Custom Homes, designed with a sophisticated blend of Parisian elegance, timeless, tailored, and rich in character.

From the sculptural curved entryway to the custom framed hood detail in the kitchen, each space was designed with architectural moments that feel elevated yet effortlessly livable. Ornate moulding, dentil details, warm layered textures, and thoughtfully designed millwork bring depth and character throughout the home, giving this new build a sense of history and permanence.

To complete the interiors, we layered in our signature mix of antiques, contemporary furnishings, curated artwork, lighting, and accessories creating a home that feels collected, refined, and deeply intentional.

AVD Rideau: Layered Luxury

A modern condo softened with warmth, texture, and character.

Brought in mid-renovation, our role was to help pull the home together through furniture, finishes, lighting, artwork, and all the details that make a space feel collected and inviting.

With beautiful natural light and views from the top floor of a condo in Calgary’s Rideau neighbourhood, the home had a clean, streamlined foundation that we layered with plaster, patina, custom pieces, and antiques.

From the textured tray ceiling to the curated artwork, custom furniture, and principal bedroom with its built-in bed, curved detailing, warm oak, and wall-to-wall drapery, every element was chosen to create a home that feels refined, personal, and beautifully lived in.
