I'm so proud of your kids Saron! They learned patience, focus, methology and problem solving skills on one of the most complex culinary recipes to make in the world. They did it with flying colors; even before they are teenagers! Watching your family bonding and learning together was amazing...no tech screen time involved, just enjoying quality time and being in the moment. I hope they carry the positive experience and learned skills into other facets of their budding young lives and offcourse can't wait to see what else they will cook at home. Chef Philip 👏❤️
