One last little adventure before I head home tomorrow. 🌱❤️

I had to grab a few more seasonings, and yes… I went back for the wiri wiri pepper plant. 🌶️😂

If I’m being honest, I’m sad that my time here is coming to an end. I’ve had such a wonderful visit, made some amazing memories, eaten some incredible food, and spent time with people I love.

One of the highlights of this trip was being able to meet some of you in person and cook for you. Thank you for trusting me with your meals, for your support, and for taking the time to stop by and say hello. It truly meant a lot to me.

For now, I’m soaking up every last minute before tomorrow’s flight home. ❤️

What an incredible day for my little travel kitchen.

I want to sincerely thank every single person who placed an order, supported me, shared my posts, and trusted me to cook for you. Because of your support, I completely sold out, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

One of my favourite parts of today was meeting so many of you in person. There’s something special about putting faces to names, sharing a few laughs, and connecting over good food.

I truly hope you enjoyed your meals as much as I enjoyed preparing them. Every doubles, every roti, every sauce, and every dish was made with care, pride, and a whole lot of love.

Thank you for welcoming me into the GTA for this pop-up and for making it such a success. Your support means the world to me and reminds me why I love doing this.

Tonight is all about the flavour. I’m seasoning the chicken and making sure every piece gets the attention it deserves before the cooking begins tomorrow.

Good food starts long before it hits the pot. It’s the preparation, the seasonings, the patience, and the love that go into every step. ❤️

Everything is being made fresh, from the soft buss up shut to the bara and channa for the doubles 🤤

The softness alone says everything 😩

After about 6 hours at Canada’s Wonderland in 32°C heat, we were DONE 😂🔥

So of course we ended up at Drupatis in Vaughan because after all that walking, roller coasters, and heat… we needed good food.

We grabbed aloo pie, doubles, chicken chow mein, and chicken fried rice. It was my first time trying the aloo pie and of course I had to compare the doubles too 👀

Everything was SO good. I was honestly in heaven by the end of this meal 😂

The perfect way to end the day.
