We had the pleasure of repotting some very sentimental plants last week outdoors when the weather was nice! An 80 year old fern, a hefty aloe (Audrey) and all of her babies, a very mature hoya and holiday cactus too! We can’t wait to see the explosion of growth to come this summer!

BAMBOO PALM 🌱

While this plant looks like bamboo, it is not related to true bamboo. Originally from Mexico/Central America, they grow in the shaded understory of the forest which is why they tolerate the low indoor lighting. They are also a great air purifying plant!
☀️ They like bright indirect light best, but can be in partial direct light
💧 Allow soil to dry 75% between waterings. They like consistent watering schedule and misting is required.

Heartleaf Philodendron on a Pole! 💚

It just wants to keep growing higher and higher! A great easy-care plant in a larger format!
☀️ Loves bright indirect light, but can tolerate partial direct and low light, but low light will slow its growth.
💧Let dry 100% before watering, misting is beneficial as it likes ambient humidity!

Though it is actually a type of succulent from Madagascar, this rare plant is a show stopper!

With thick spiny trunks and thin leaves on its top these guys are great additions to collections. With the right care they can even push out white flowers!!

It’s an easy pick for many plant owners because it’s such a great easy-going plant to care for! It not only has great leafy coverage to fill a space but it’s also super exciting to watch it grow and get more and more fenestrations (the slits and holes in leaves as it matures). A great plant for any beginner or more experienced plant owner.
