Hello,
This post is not easy to write and may do damage to my business but at the end of the day it is MY business…..
The rudeness, entitlement and lack of empathy I’ve encountered over the last month truly appalling. Anyone who has been a customer, follower on page or encounters me knows damn well I’m fast, efficient, kind and communicative. If I haven’t been it’s obv there is a reason. (Should be anyways) common sense isn’t so common.
I do realize this is a business and you are customers and if asked or paid for a product you should get said items. This page is also not my official store and has been more of a community, or was. We laughed, shared stories and jokes. I’ve got to know the vast majority of you very well and personally. There are other stores you can go to so if you are going to be rude, entitled and demanding….. please go. I have no desire to know you.
There has been many life changing events over the last month and have not always ( if at all) been able to communicate the way YOU want me too. Sorry if it’s affected you. Not my intention obviously as at the end of the day this is how I earn a living.
I have donated time, money, high end products, I’ve fundraised and shared many many of your “causes” and sadly enough it’s many of you who have had the least amount of patience and compassion. I feel disturbed tbh at some messages and attempts to get my attention.
Call me unprofessional but quite frankly I don’t care 🙂 I truly don’t. I have loved having met so many of you and hearing your stories and comments. Ultimately my health, family and life took precedence for a brief time and so it should. If you don’t agree with the way things have gone then please move on. I will not tolerate drama, ignorance and entitlement.
For those who may have missed or not bothered to read…. I had posted the sale items were pick up. 🤷♀️
I receive messaged on my personal page. Phone calls (idk how anyone would get my number) random people show up at my house, people on the auction page commenting regarding f&f, every social media and messaging app with voice calls, texts, from all hours. ( usually between 10:30pm-6am oddly)
I do have open hours. I also get yelled at when don’t respond at those times. Do you demand the other online stores respond like this? How entitled.
So at the risk of making some people angry, people not agreeing and losing customers… there you go. Communication:)
Quite frankly my dear…. I don’t give a damn. Walmarts open, go there! 😉

Also a quick shoutout to a few unbelievable people who have truly touched my heart. They probably don’t even know they have but I drove away in tears of how utterly beautiful you are!
