The dilemma: Our light sensitive clients wanted as much light blocked as possible in a room with floor to ceiling windows and a panoramic view.
To help create dark and cozy mornings we came up with a few custom solutions.

1. We decided to tailor the draperies to “Trouser Length”, which is typically 1- 2” longer than the finished floor, this allows as much light as possible to be block along the base.
2. The height of the drapery was then adjusted by hand to just delicately skim the ceiling for maximum coverage at the top.
3. A curve hardware system was designed to allow the drapery, (and yes there was A LOT!) to travel the entire perimeter of the room and then stack 100% of the fabric completely off the windows for a spectacular and unobstructed view during the day.
