🧀✨ HOMEMADE MAC N CHEESE — SPOONFULLY DELICIOUS STYLE! ✨🧀

There’s mac n cheese… and then there’s homemade mac n cheese made completely from scratch! 😍

Today I was in the kitchen whipping up one of the ultimate comfort foods, my Homemade Mac n Cheese. This is a favourite amongst customers ❤️

No boxed cheese sauce here! I start by making my sauce from scratch with butter, cornstarch, cream, a blend of the perfect seasonings and, of course, LOTS of freshly shredded cheese! 🧀🧀🧀 Then it’s all mixed together with tender macaroni, loaded into a baking dish and topped with even MORE cheese before heading into the oven.

And yes… shredding all that cheese is absolutely worth it! 😂

One of my favourite things to do is using quality ingredients with the perfect blend of seasonings and each dish into my very own masterpiece 🥰

Omgoodness… where do I even begin?! 🥹❤️

This morning I woke up to an email from Community Votes Peterborough, and of course I had to immediately log in to check the results for Best Caterer in Peterborough. The anticipation was REAL, wondering if Spoonfully Delicious had been chosen.

Well… because of all of YOU, your support, encouragement, belief in me, my company, and the love I pour into every single meal, Spoonfully Delicious was awarded GOLD! 🏆✨

I truly cannot put into words how much this means to me. Cooking has always been my passion and my happy place. Every dish I create is carefully crafted, homemade from scratch, and made with so much love ❤️

To everyone who voted, supported, shared my business, ordered meals, and cheered me on along the way, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I am beyond proud of this achievement and so excited to see what the future holds for Spoonfully Delicious!

✨ Gluten-free & lactose-free chicken pot pie ✨

Made with a flaky homemade crust, creamy dairy-free filling, tender chicken, and loaded with veggies. Comfort food doesn’t have to mean missing out, this pie is packed with flavour while still being allergy-friendly!

There’s something so rewarding about making everything from the dough to the final golden crust completely homemade. 🥰
