How to flirt with a home stager? Start by telling us you understand the assignment.

You notice the oversized rug. You appreciate a perfectly styled coffee table. You know that “just throw a few pillows on it” is NOT a design strategy.

You walk into a room and immediately understand why the furniture is placed exactly where it is. You don’t question the art. You don’t ask if we really need another lamp. And most importantly, you trust the vision.

Because if there’s one thing a home stager finds attractive… it’s someone who knows good design when they see it. 😉

Don’t have the budget to stage the entire home? Stage strategically.

Whole-home staging will always give you the strongest result, but when the budget is tight, knowing where to focus matters.

Prioritize the rooms that will make the biggest impact in your MLS photos, typically the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom and key entertaining spaces.

Secondary bedrooms, basements and exterior spaces may not need the same level of attention.
