Sip n’ Supper Sunday Dinner with us on October 25. First drop of TICKETS ON SALE NOW (ink in bios)

Maddy and Sarah are back in restaurants for ONE NIGHT ONLY. Enjoy a 5-course dinner by Chef Maddy Goldberg (formerly at Aloette), and 5 w**e pairings by Sommelier Sarah Mifsud (formerly at Guilletta) in Contrada dining room. Hope to see you there!!!

CHOP CHICKEN BROCCOLI WRAP. Recipe below!!! Used my NEW ZWILLING® Canada Four Star knives to chop up a bunch of stuff in my fridge and turn it into this 100/10 lunch

1/2 chicken breast, diced
1/4 cup arugula or another lettuce (optional)
1/3 cup raw broccoli, finely diced
1/4 of a red pepper, diced
2 tbsp cucumber, diced
1 radish, cut into sticks or diced
1 scallion, diced
2 tbsp parmesan, cut into slices
1 tbsp mayo 
1 tsp dijon
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 clove garlic, finely minced (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1 large tortilla

Place everything except the tortilla into a bowl. Stir until well combined. Taste and season with more salt if needed. Transfer to a wrap and wrap tightly. Slice in half and enjoy!
