This space was designed with warmth, function, and timeless detail in mind. We paired light wood cabinetry with soft stone, brass plumbing fixtures, and black accents to create a room that feels serene but still practical for daily life.

It’s Friday…what are your dinner plans?

Any dining room refresh is about more than choosing a beautiful table and light fixture. The details need to support how you gather, move, and live in the space.

A few things to look out for:

• Furniture scale: Allow enough room to pull out chairs and move comfortably around the table.
• Lighting placement: Centre the fixture over the table, not simply in the middle of the room.
• Traffic flow: Make sure pathways to the kitchen and surrounding rooms stay clear.
• Storage: Consider where serving pieces, linens, and everyday items will live.
• Durable finishes: Choose flooring, fabrics, and surfaces that can handle spills and regular use.
• Electrical planning: Confirm lighting, dimmers, outlets, and any future furniture placement before construction begins.
