The doors open, the music starts, trays begin to flow and the Caravan team moves like a perfectly tuned machine. Service time — our favourite kind of chaos.

We love seeing how spaces transform with every couple’s story.

For Anna & John, the table setting embraced refined simplicity: deep tones, rich textures, and warm lighting that wrapped the space in an almost theatrical atmosphere.

Their family-style menu was shared around a table where sober floral arrangements, glowing candlelight, and noble materials came together to create a timeless, sophisticated, and deeply romantic setting.

En Caravan estamos buscando un/a Catering Coordinator para incorporarse a nuestro equipo comercial de Bodas, una posición clave que combina gestión, organización y presencia activa en eventos, ayudándonos a seguir ofreciendo un servicio excelente y muy cuidado al detalle.

Buscamos a una persona con ganas de aprender, motivación, compromiso y una clara vocación de servicio.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
✔️Gestión del email y atención a clientes ✔️Recepción y gestión de peticiones ✔️Soporte en la creación de propuestas y presupuestos ✔️Realización de pruebas de menús y visitas de espacios  ✔️Participación activa en la producción y organización de eventos ✔️Apoyo en tareas de sala y servicio durante caterings y bodas, asegurando una experiencia impecable para nuestros clientes.
