Some objects belong to our memory.

The curve of a spout.
A porcelain handle.
The familiar shape of a crosshead tap.

Details we seem to have always known, quietly passed from one generation of interiors to the next.

With « Bistrot », Serge Volevatch drew on this familiar language to create his own interpretation: refining every curve, proportion and detail. Not to recreate the past, but to allow its beauty to live in the present.

The Art of Bathing
Rudolf Nureyev, Paris.

In Rudolf Nureyev’s Paris apartment, even the bathroom had the presence of a stage.

Richly layered, theatrical and unapologetically extravagant, the room reflected the legendary dancer’s singular world. A place where art, ornament and intimacy came together.

At its heart stood a vintage bath tub, surrounded by an elaborate structure and fittings conceived by Serge Volevatch.

Years ago, we were asked to create something truly unique for an exceptional project, including the iconic Hôtel Costes in Paris.

From that conversation, our Mermaid was born.

Today, she continues her journey in extraordinary places, like this peaceful villa in the Tarn.

This September, she will be part of our story once again at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026. Looking forward to introducing her to you!!
