Our traditional Country Markets throughout England & Wales are looking for home cooks to join them.
All cooks must hold a level 2 hygiene certificate. (Easy to do online). They register individually with their local authority EHO dept. They are likely to have their kitchens inspected.
Many of our cooks gain a 5 Star rating.
Our comprehensive full liability insurance is included in the very reasonable membership fee. You don’t pay for a table, you pay a small commission on what you actually sell. This also covers rent and insurance.
We work as a cooperative and sell each others goods grouped together for the duration of the market.
Comprehensive instructions and full packing and labelling assistance is available. Support and help from the market managers is always available.
