We can’t quite believe it’s been 7 years since we opened the doors to Home Sweet Home - what started out as just the two of us and a kitchen showroom has grown to 2 kitchen showrooms, a bathroom showroom & a homeware and gift shop; all being the most incredible whirlwind of memories.

Keep an eye out this week for a recap of our year and what exciting things are to come. Definitive highlights have been the expansion of our team with the return of designers Lucie & Natasha & Celia joining the shop. Plus the expansion of an additional kitchen showroom within St John's Garden Centre.

This week we’re celebrating with a discount in the shop so come by to see all the new items that have arrived.

A massive thank you to all our customers, team, family & friends who have been an amazing support for the last 7 years! We’ve absolutely loved growing this business and can’t wait to see where it takes us next!

This is a kitchen straight out of our daydreams!

Thank you to our wonderful customer for letting us bring Alexandra Stapleton Property Photography to take these photos. The whole space feels instantly tranquil and fits perfectly with the coastal surroundings. We love how well the hidden utility came together.

The Masterclass Kitchens Oslo door in coastal mist, is perfectly complimented by Dekton worktops, Ca Pietra tiles, Quooker UK boiling water tap & NEFF Home appliances.

We loved working on this project that was all about the details. Thank you so much to our lovely customers who let us bring Alexandra Stapleton | Property Photographer to take these stunning photos.

The kitchen features Masterclass Kitchens Hardwick door in oxford blue and portland oak cabinetry. It’s complimented with a Quooker UK boiling water tap and Silestone By Cosentino worktops in eternal statuario (supplied and fitted by Sci Masonry).

The bathrooms star Ca’ Pietra tiles which give an incredible visual feature and work with a collection from LAUFEN Bathrooms UK and Ireland furniture.

When a customer requests a sample, we might get a little carried away 📸 In all seriousness though - choosing the right colour combination of cabinetry, doors, tiles, appliances, handles & accessories can feel daunting.

Our designers are happy to use their experience and design flair to guide you to your best combination and we always recommend taking samples to see in your own space as lighting can have a massive impact on whether the colours work together.

Come have a play with our samples and make your own mood board or talk to one of our designers at our Gammon Walk or showrooms.

(P.S. Laura probably won’t feature in all sample request pictures 😜)

This weeks taken me by surprise - as many of you know I love my title of Mrs Christmas 🤶; but this years whizzed by and I haven’t prepared myself for the seasonal ‘C’ word.

This week we’ve had customers ordering Christmas items online; suppliers visiting us to run through our autumn & Christmas orders & requests for details about our (locally) famous VIP Christmas night.

Don’t worry; it won’t be in the shop just yet, but if you hear me humming a Halloween or Christmas song you know why. The spooky & festive items we’ve got coming are AMAZING! 😍

It’s not 100% but one for your diary - Friday 6th November - VIP night 😜

In the meantime we’ve got a few garden furniture sets left to help you enjoy the sunshine (all on offer) and lots of summertime decor and gifts. Make sure to pop by.
