What started as a very plain white new-build has slowly been transformed room by room into a home full of warmth, colour and personality ✨

I’ve always believed a home should feel uplifting, personal and completely liveable. Somewhere that supports everyday life while still feeling calm, layered and beautifully pulled together.

Every room in our home has its own identity, but I’ve worked hard to create flow throughout using colour, texture, lighting and thoughtful details that connect the spaces together.

I’m honestly so excited that our home has now been shortlisted for Best Home in the Home Awards 2026 in partnership with .co.uk 🤍

Still slightly pinching myself that my own home has been shortlisted in multiple categories for the 2026 uFurnish Home Awards 🥹🏡💕

As an interior designer, creating a home that feels personal, layered and truly reflective of how we live has always been so important to me. Every room has evolved over time and each space has been designed to feel both beautiful and liveable for real family life.

A little pinch me moment…

This living room has been shortlisted in the Home Awards 2026 in partnership with .co.uk and I’m honestly so excited.

I love having a vision…

From picking the initial fabric and colour selections at a design consultation and brining a space to life.

Open plan spaces can look beautiful…
but still not feel quite right

Often it’s because there’s no clear flow
No connection between each area
And no real place for things, so clutter builds up

In this space, we focused on creating calm and cohesion

Using:
A soft, consistent colour palette
Wallpaper to gently zone the space
Layered textures to add warmth
Lighting to create atmosphere

And importantly…
Adding in extra storage so everything has a place

The result is a home that feels easy to live in
Calm, considered and pulled together

Because your home should support you
Not add to the overwhelm

You don’t need a huge house or a full redesign to achieve this
Small, intentional changes can completely shift how your home feels
