Merry Christmas from KR Carpentry 🎄

Apologies if I haven’t got back to messages as quickly as usual — it’s been an extremely busy run-up to Christmas. We’re now signing off for the festive period and spending some much-needed quality time in France with family.

Thank you so much to all our customers for the continued support throughout the year — it genuinely means a lot.

Messages will still be monitored and replied to as soon as possible, and we’ll be back to full business in the New Year.

Staircase upgrade in progress 🪜✨

Wrapping an existing staircase in oak veneer MDF to give it a fresh, modern look while keeping the original structure.

🔨 Custom-made glass is currently on order, with temporary safety panels fitted in the meantime to ensure everything remains safe until the glass is installed.

We’ll also be returning to make and fit two custom oak veneer baby gates, designed to match the staircase perfectly while adding extra safety.

A great example of how an existing staircase can be transformed with bespoke finishes and attention to detail.
