If you’re an experienced florist with a passion for creativity, leadership, and exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Store Manager to head up our brilliant team and help drive our continued success. You’ll be confident across all areas of floristry, from stunning hand-tied bouquets and corporate contracts to weddings, events, and funeral tributes.

Key Requirements:

At least 3 years’ retail floristry experience

Strong skills in hand-tied bouquets, weddings, events, funerals, and table arrangements

A genuine passion for flowers, design, and creativity

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, hands-on leadership style

High standards and exceptional attention to detail

The ability to stay calm, organised, and focused in a fast-paced environment
