The KV Showroom

The pumpkin spice is out, the coffee machine is on, and the kettle's on standby for anyone who'd rather have tea. Pumpkin spice lattes are on us all week.

If you've got a bit of time over half term, come and see us at the showroom in Dry Drayton. Have a wander, open a few drawers, sit down with a cuppa and talk through whatever you've got in mind, whether that's a full kitchen, a new bathroom or just a few ideas you're not sure about yet.

And if you're thinking about a bathroom, ask us about holding your price at 2026 rates, with fitting from February.

There's no appointment needed and plenty of free parking right outside.

We're open Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 October, 10am to 4:30pm, and Saturday 31 October, 10am to 3pm.

This ensuite had everything it needed, it just wasn't making the most of the space. A corner shower, a cistern taking up room, and storage that didn't quite work.

Andrew redesigned it from scratch. The corner shower has gone in favour of a proper enclosure with a rainfall head and a niche built into the wall, so there's somewhere for the shampoo that isn't the floor. The cistern is now hidden behind the wall and the vanity unit floats, which frees up floor space and makes the whole room feel bigger than it is. Warm stone-effect walls, a mirrored cabinet with built-in lighting, and a couple of oak shelves to finish it off.

Same room, just a much better use of it.

Over the next couple of weeks we'll show you how it came together, and introduce you to the team who fitted it.

If your bathroom or ensuite could be working harder, come and see us in Dry Drayton (plenty of free parking), or book a home visit and we'll come to you.

Thinking about a new bathroom or kitchen but not quite sure where to start? There isn't a right way to go about it, so we've tried to make it work however suits you.

Some people like to have a look through the brochures first, sat on the sofa with a cup of tea, before they speak to anyone. That's absolutely fine by us. They're all here: https://www.thekvshowroom.co.uk/brochures

Others want to see things in person. Open the drawers, run a hand over the worktops, stand in front of a basin and picture it at home. If that sounds more like you, come and see us at the showroom in Dry Drayton. There's plenty of free parking and we're open Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4:30pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.

Or you might prefer we came to you. Booking a home visit takes a couple of minutes online, it's free and there's no obligation. We'll have a proper look at the room and talk through what you've got in mind, all from the comfort of your own home: Click here to book 👉 https://www.thekvshowroom.co.uk/book-home-visit

And if it's a bathroom you're after, it's worth getting in touch sooner rather than later. Book with us before 31st December and you'll keep 2026 prices, with fitting from February onwards, so you can get everything sorted now and have it done in the new year.

Whichever you choose, you'll be dealing with a small, local, independent team who'll take the time to get it right for you.

Richard and Fleur came to us with a tired shower room and a rough idea of what they wanted. We took that and drew it up properly before anyone picked up a tool, and you can see where we started in the first photo.

We used stone-effect porcelain from floor to ceiling and slatted timber in the niches with a soft strip of light behind. There's also a rainfall shower, a wall-hung oak look vanity, and a mirror cabinet that lights up.

The part of Richard's review that meant the most to us was about the install, though. Our fitters have worked together for years, and he noticed. He said they always knew who was coming and when, which is something we make sure of on every project.

Thank you both, it was a lovely one to do.

We're a small independent team, and we personally make sure every job we do is finished to the highest standard. If you'd like to see what that looks like, pop into the showroom in Dry Drayton for a look round. There's plenty of free parking, and the kettle's usually on.

Most of our suppliers put their prices up in the new year, and 2027 won't be any different. So if a new bathroom is on the list for next year, it's worth having a chat with us before Christmas.

Book with us now and we'll hold your price at 2026 rates, with fitting from February onwards.

Pop into the showroom at Dry Drayton to have a browse at some of our ranges. Parking's free and there's plenty of it!

Picked up the October/November issue of 'Your Local Mag' yet? Have a look at page 14. There's a nice piece in there on the smaller decisions in a kitchen or bathroom, the sink, the taps, the lighting, and why they end up mattering a lot more than people expect.

Most people come in thinking about door colours and worktops, which is fair enough, that's the exciting bit. But it's usually the tap you use twenty times a day, or whether there's decent light where you actually need it, that decides whether you still love the room in five years.

A couple of points from the article to highlight. Think about how you use your sink before you pick one (if you're forever scrubbing roasting tins, a big single bowl might suit you better than a one-and-a-half). And plan the lighting at the start, rather than once everything's fitted and it's too late to move a cable.

We'd add one more of our own. Come and turn a few taps on before you choose. It sounds daft, but you'd be surprised how different they feel in the hand.

If any of it gets you thinking, we're in Dry Drayton with plenty of free parking and plenty of taps to try out! No need to book, just pop in and see us Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4:30pm, Saturdays 10am to 3pm.

Some thank you cards come in a box 🥃

A very happy customer gave us this after we finished their en suite, and it made our week. We're a small, independent team, so every job matters to us and it's lovely when that comes across.

Thank you, you know who you are.

Starting a kitchen renovation can feel like a leap into the unknown. Who do you actually deal with? How long does it take? Will your home be a building site for weeks on end?

We've put together a new article walking through exactly what happens, step by step. From that first home visit, through design and sourcing, to our own skilled fitters bringing it all to life.

No handoffs between separate companies, no confusion about who to call. Just one team, from start to finish.

Have a read and see what the process actually looks like 👇
