🥣 第一次看到新鮮印加果!原來燉湯這麼適合?
最愛跟啾姨@joy_food_in_life 去啾媽的開心農場,第一次親眼看到新鮮的印加果,真的超新奇!
以前只知道印加果油、印加果油膠囊,沒想到原來果實長這個樣子,都市小孩瞬間長知識了😂
回家後立刻拿來燉了一鍋印加果排骨湯。說幾乎沒有明顯的氣味,反而讓湯頭保持清甜,很適合搭配排骨或雞湯一起慢火燉煮。
料理有時候就是這麼有趣,當你認識食材原本的模樣,感覺好像跟那個植物有了連結感。
今天又認識了一種來自大自然的食材,也替自己的餐桌增添了一點新鮮感。🌿

I had only known it as cooking oil or supplement capsules, so seeing the fresh fruit was such a fun surprise. It has a very mild flavour, making it perfect for slow-cooked soups with pork ribs or chicken.
Sometimes discovering a new ingredient is just as enjoyable as tasting the finished dish. 💚
