🇺🇸✈️ Back from America… but what day is it?! 😂

Still slightly jetlagged, running on coffee and not entirely sure what time zone my brain is in, but we’re straight back into it!

Here are some 50mm wooden Venetian blinds fitted throughout a lovely home this afternoon. Looking smart and adding the perfect finishing touch! 👌

A big thank you to everyone for your patience while I’ve been away. I’m just getting back into the swing of things, catching up on emails and messages, so please bear with me. I’ll get back to everyone as soon as possible.

If I reply at 3am, just pretend it’s normal! 😂

Thanks again for your continued support and patience. It’s very much appreciated.

Now, where’s that coffee… ☕️

📢 CUSTOMER NOTICE – PAYMENT TERMS

A polite but firm reminder to all customers that payment is due upon completion of the work, before I leave the property, as stated in the agreed terms and conditions.

Arranging for someone else to be present during an installation does not change these terms.

Replies such as “I’ll pay when I get home” or “I’ll log on to my bank this evening” are not acceptable alternatives to payment on completion.

I shouldn’t have to wait around or chase payments when I have other customers to get to. Delays affect my schedule, waste valuable working time, and can mean other appointments have to be rearranged.

This isn’t about trust, and it’s certainly not personal. It’s about respecting the terms agreed and respecting my time.

I work hard to provide a high standard of workmanship, and all I ask is that customers honour their side of the agreement.

Please ensure payment is arranged and ready to be made when your job is completed.

Thank you to everyone who understands and respects these terms. Your continued support is genuinely appreciated. 👍

Before & After 🙌🏽

My customer fancied a change so we replaced it with this gorgeous shutter

Sealed frame no light bleed, and multiple light control that gives more privacy at the same time

Romans are no doubt a great blind but give no light control and privacy settings unless fully down

But now the customer can control the light whilst having privacy at the same time ✅

Louvalite motorised roller blinds installed this morning in Darlington ✅

Two of in the back of the house for my customer who wanted a blind that was effortless to operate for the sizes and out of the way when not in use ✅

Fabric matched facias to give them the finishing touches

The multi channel remote allows the blinds to operate individually but also both at the same time ✅
