We have some wonderful new for all you nature lovers!

We have partnered with the Red Squirrel Survival Trust www.rsst.org.uk to help raise funds for our most treasured and so endangered animal.
• Registered Charity No: 1116947 (England & Wales)

It is widely known that without help, our Red Squirrels will be EXTINCED within the next 10yrs! That is horrendous!!!

We must help to save this wonderful animal, so we have put all of our products with Red Squirrels for sale which will have a percentage of the proceedings go towards this most rewarding charity, which are fighting to plant more trees for their habitats in England, Scotland and Wales. They also have lots of rangers and volunteers working tirelessly surveying their numbers and placing signs where these beautiful endangered creatures live.

We are now working on new Christmas cards featuring Red Squirrels and lots more products including a new Christmas Wrapping paper featuring these adorable little bundles of joy!

Well I am at Wood Norton's Church on Saturday 6th June to answer any questions you might have on my artwork and commissions. I am taking orders for Christmas as this is a very busy time of year so the earlier to get book in the better!

I draw in coloured pencils and also do graphite too. I also do watercolours too and mixed media painting (watercolour and coloured pencils)

Who loves Dragons?

This is amazing and I really wish this was on our post box!

The postbox at the end of Vera Hoskins' lane had a crack in the concrete base and a rusted collar. Vera wrote to Royal Mail asking them to fix it. They wrote back saying it was scheduled for maintenance.

Four years later, the crack was still there.

Vera is 73, a retired studio potter who has lived in the same house in Dorset for 40 years. In 2019 she built a dragon around the postbox. It took eight months. The ceramic shell wraps the full cylinder — four legs at the base, wings spread upward, a long necked horned head looking along the lane, tail around the back. The letter slot is in the dragon's chest. The collection door at the base still opens. She measured everything twice.

Royal Mail sent an engineer and then a letter. The letter said the installation was unlicensed. Vera wrote back pointing out that the postbox underneath was fully functional, that the concrete base crack had now been covered and protected, and that the letter slot was unobstructed. Amanda has made a wonderful start to this beautiful Barn Owl in coloured pencils.
Barn Owls are such beautiful birds with such wonderful faces full of character.
This is a large A3 picture she is hoping to make prints of very soon after finishing it if anyone will be interested.
