A smart renovation with a fresh new finish.

We prepared the floor with 6mm SP101 plywood, then installed J2flooring Natural Timbers in Carpenters Oak to completely refresh the space, just look at that floor!

Some floors deserve a second chance.

Years of everyday life had left this wooden floor looking tired and worn, but underneath was a beautiful floor ready for some TLC.

With careful sanding, attention to detail and a fresh protective finish, we brought it back to life - restoring its natural beauty while preserving its history.

There's something incredibly satisfying about revealing what was there all along.

We recently transformed the kitchen, hallway and entrance lobby with full floor prep.

First, we mechanically removed the existing smoothing compound from the hallway and made good any damaged areas, then ground down high spots in the entrance lobby to create a level base.

After applying Mapei UK Ltd primer and smoothing compound throughout, we installed - Anthracite Ribbed entrance matting in the lobby and finished the space with J2flooring Tollymore LVT in a straight lay plank design for a clean, modern result.
