Experienced florist wanted | Rafters Flowers, Driffield
Our lovely Debbie is moving back to her hometown, which will make the commute to Rafters too much. She’s been a pleasure to work with and leaves some big shoes to fill. Some of you may even remember her going viral on social media!
We’re now looking for an experienced florist to join our friendly, hardworking team. Previous floristry experience is essential, ideally gained in a retail environment.
Established in 1997, Rafters is a busy outlet offering a full range of floristry, from everyday bouquets and gifts to weddings, funerals and special occasions.
About the role
* Approximately 30 hours per week, normally over four shifts between Monday and Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
* Job share considered.
* Flexibility to cover colleagues’ holidays and work additional hours during peak periods, including Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
You’ll need to be confident helping customers face to face, have a friendly, professional telephone manner and be comfortable using a computer. We can teach you our systems.
