🚨 Introducing Our New Rent to Buy Scheme 🚨
We're making a few changes to how our payment plans work.
Our new Rent to Buy scheme will replace what many of you currently know as our weekly payment option.
📌 Important:
Any existing weekly payment agreements will remain exactly as they are. This change only applies to new orders moving forward.
How It Works:
✔ All Rent to Buy items are supplied unpainted
✔ The total balance is split into 10 weekly payments, with payment dates agreed in advance
✔ A Rent to Buy agreement must be signed upon delivery
✔ Until the final payment has been made, NI Prop Hire remains the legal owner of the item(s)
✔ Once the final payment has been received, full ownership transfers to you, whether as an individual or a registered business
Please Read Carefully:
🔹 The item is considered a rental product until all payments have been completed
🔹 Failure to maintain payments may result in the item being collected
🔹 A collection fee will apply should collection become necessary
🔹 If you experience financial difficulties and need a payment break, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible
🔹 Lack of communication regarding missed payments may result in termination of the agreement and collection of the item
Delivery Charges:
Delivery fees apply to all Rent to Buy orders and must be paid before the delivery date.
🚚 Up to 40 miles — £30
🚚 Over 40 miles — £60
Please note:
📍 Due to the nature of the Rent to Buy agreement, this scheme is currently only available within Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
📍This scheme applies to new orders only. Existing orders, invoices, and current payment agreements cannot be transferred onto the Rent to Buy scheme.
📍Rent to Buy is not available on sale items, discounted items, or promotional offers.
