Before booking with Serenity Spaces, there are a few important things to know about how we work.
Every project begins with a consultation. This gives us the opportunity to understand you, your space and what you’d like to achieve, while allowing us to plan appropriately and provide an accurate quote.
Our role is to organise, declutter and create practical systems that work for your home and everyday life. We’re not a cleaning, furniture removal or DIY service, but we’ll always work alongside you with respect, understanding and absolutely no judgement.
And when it comes to social media, your privacy comes first. Photos or videos of your home will never be shared without your permission, and choosing not to have your space featured will never affect the service you receive.
Clear expectations from the beginning help us create the best possible experience for everyone. 🤍
