Recently completed this bathroom tiling project in Fleet, Hampshire.

This bathroom in Fleet is now complete ✔️

Tiled using 600x300 hexagon-pattern tiles, this one definitely came with its challenges.
With two windows and plenty of awkward cuts throughout, it wasn’t the most straightforward bathroom to tile, but taking the time to get all the details right has made a huge difference to the finished result.
Really pleased with how this one has turned out and another happy customer in Fleet.

A lot of the work that goes into a quality tiled floor is hidden beneath the tiles themselves.
This kitchen in Ashford measured approximately 11m² and was originally a plywood floor, meaning preparation was key before any tiling could begin.

To ensure the floor was suitable for porcelain tiles and to help prevent future movement from affecting the installation, anti-fracture matting was installed throughout the area.

Once prepared, the floor was tiled using 600x600mm porcelain tiles, creating a clean, modern finish that completely transformed the kitchen space.

It’s often the preparation that determines how well a tiled floor performs over the years, which is why I never cut corners when it comes to getting the groundwork right.

Back at a property in Fleet today that I tiled nine years ago.

This floor was installed in 600x600 marble-effect porcelain tiles, laid in a diamond pattern throughout the hallway, kitchen and dining area.

I'm back this time to measure up for two bathroom projects upstairs that we'll be starting later this year.

It's always great to revisit previous work, and even better to see that nine years later the floor is still looking just as good as the day it was installed. Quality materials and proper preparation really do stand the test of time.

Just finished this family bathroom and downstairs toilet in Lower Bourne, near Farnham.

The family bathroom was tiled using 600x300 porcelain wall tiles, complemented by these lovely green ceramic metro tiles as a feature wall. The floor was finished with 600x600 porcelain tiles, which really complete the look.

The downstairs toilet was tiled with ceramic metro tiles laid in a soldier course pattern, along with 600x600 porcelain floor tiles.

I absolutely love the colours on this one, and the feature wall looks fantastic. A great combination of modern porcelain and traditional metro tiles that works really well together.

Just finished this wash room for the offices of A3 Waste Management in Farnborough North ✅

This bathroom has been tiled using 600x300mm porcelain wall tiles and 600x600mm porcelain floor tiles, creating a clean, modern finish throughout.

To ensure a solid foundation for the floor tiles, I first installed 6mm HardieBacker board to reinforce the existing timber subfloor before tiling.

The installation was finished using Mapei UltraColor Plus grout in the colour Smoke, which complements the tiles perfectly and gives a crisp, contemporary look.

I'm really pleased with how this one has turned out and I'm looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks to complete the second bathroom downstairs.
