ADVENT CALENDAR UPDATE – PLEASE READ 🎄

We have now processed all advent calendar orders (and their add-ons) placed up to 10th September.

We're working as fast as we can. As a reminder, we always advertised that advent calendars would be in stock by the first week of November. They've actually arrived early, so please be mindful that this isn't a reason to chase us for earlier dispatch.

We have a high volume of orders, and one team is working solely on advent calendars. We're aiming to have everything dispatched by 6th November, so thank you for your patience until then.

Because of the volume, we can't reply to individual emails asking for updates. Any email asking for an advent calendar update will have to wait. Please only email us if there is an issue with your order.

Please keep an eye out for your dispatch notification and tracking details from Royal Mail. 📦

Thank you for your understanding and support! ❤️
