If I miss your message the first time round, I sincerely apologise!

Please just send a second message — and don’t worry about being polite about it either. It's an opportunity to get your frustrations out 🤣. A good “Oi, you missed my message!” works perfectly.

We’re extremely busy at the moment. Mainly because we’re brilliant at cleaning windows… but equally because we're ridiculously handsome.

We receive E-mails, WhatsApp messages, Facebook messages, phone calls and text messages. It's not an excuse, but messages can slip through the net.

So if you haven’t heard back from me within 48hrs, give me a passive aggressive nudge and I’ll get straight on it.

We’ve got a new start joining the team. This means over the next couple weeks there maybe a few mistakes that slip through the net.

However! Remember you have a 1-week guarantee on every clean. If something’s not right, don’t suffer in silence. Message us. We’ll fix it. No drama.

Also — telling a new start “you’ve missed a bit” is actually helpful. It’s live training. You’re basically part of the academy now.

- No transport required. Picked up and dropped off at your house.
- No experience required, full training will be given.
- No interviews with arbitrary, redundant interview questions.

Points to note before applying

- It does involve physical labour and heights.
- You are working outdoors.
- Starting pay based on experience. Working up to base rate £100 per shift, plus additional bonuses based on performance. (After tax)
- Mon - Fri. 9 - 5. (with option to work Saturdays)
- Immediate start.
- Must be handsome... We need someone on the team to live up to the name of the company. 🤣😅

This plan’s still very much in the ‘let’s see if it causes riots’ phase.

From Monday the 10th, *only on weekdays*, we’re thinking of starting an hour earlier, at 8am. (Thanks to the sun deciding to clock out at 4:30)..

This change will let us keep working a full 8-hour day and help us stay within the 4–6 week window-cleaning cycle.

Would anyone have an issue with us turning up at 8am - on WEEKDAYS ONLY - and making the usual window cleaner racket?

We’re back from our hols as of tomorrow! We’ll be working round the clock to catch up before your windows start upsetting you. Don’t be shocked if you spot us at your windows while you’re cosy in bed—we’re on a mission!

(Disclaimer - We'll never work past 7 o'clock, as it's weird. If you hear someone at your windows after that time, call the police lol 🤣)

Hey everyone!

I’ll be away from 28/08 – 07/09, but in the meantime Justin will be covering for me. He’ll be taking care of Cadham, Collydean, and the Leven Mill Estate, so expect to see his handsome face at your windows.

For our customers in Leslie and a handful in Glenrothes — I know you’re a little overdue, and I apologise sincerely for the extra wait this time. Your windows will be cleaned immediately on my return 08/09.

I can’t thank you enough for being such amazing customers. Your support means the world! 🙏🥰
