A cute little tag for Saturday morning….this is paper pieced using paper from my new paper pad Seasonal Christmas.
This time I did heat emboss the image as the alcohol pens were making the ink bleed….sometimes I get away with it! ….
I love the addition of a bow made using my new die set and the waste from the tag hole…xx

For this card I used the Stardust Background stamp from Francoise's Bertie's Christmas Collection. I stamped it onto a square white panel and embossed it with Detail White embossing powder. I then dipped the panel into Enchanted Sprinkles spritzed with water on my craft mat. For the present I cut a square of purple pearlescent card and used the Optigold Opalian paste through the Star Quilt stencil. the die cut bow also in this collection was the perfect finishing touch.

Just one more sleep until my trip to Hobbymaker….well I’m all packed up and I’m getting excited and nervous at the same time.
As well as my new collection I will be showcasing some new colours of Crafty Concoctions inks. I love creating my background skies with these inks…. xx

Not long to wait to see Francoise Read on Hobby Maker with her new Christmas Collection featuring Bertie.
In this sample I used Wreath Bertie on an MDF plaque to make a home decor piece. I loved the sage green and plum papers together and these inspired my colour scheme.
Francoise will be on the telly On Tuesday 1st September at 8pm and 9pm for a double show.

Happy Sunday….just two days to go before my trip to Hobbymaker…. Bertie is all snug in his Christmas stocking. This time I’ve gone for a bright colour scheme. Are you traditional or bright in your choice of Christmas colours?

I know this card doesn't feature Bertie himself, but I've used the fabulous holly stencil and Ho Ho Ho sentiment block from the collection to create this card, just a super simple make perfect for some last minute Christmas cards, or a great one to batch make too!
