Hi, I’m Jo Smith & I live and run my floristry business from my home “Borrowdale” in the village of Holton-le-Clay, North East Lincolnshire. I have been working with flowers for almost 25 years & have qualifications in floristry, horticulture & teaching, over the years I have won many competitions & awards including an RHS Gold Metal, I’ve learnt a lot, met & taught some amazing people, travelled & enjoyed some wonderful opportunities, all surrounded & submerged in flowers. I love what I do & take the responsibility of it very seriously, it’s the best job in the world and being a part of your lives for all those occasions when flowers take centre stage is a huge privilege. Flowers are present & represent us in all aspects of our lives, they are personal, memorable & beautiful & carry with them your thoughts, feelings & emotions. I am proud to offer a floristry service for you that is professional, personal & from the heart, with every detail thoughtfully considered, no matter the occasion.

[The New Inn]

When I got the call to add some external decorations to I jumped at the chance!

The Grade II listed pub, restaurant and Inn in our beautiful rural Lincolnshire was in need of looking as loved on the outside as it is on the inside. It's cosy, warm and welcoming and we wanted to reflect just that in the decor whilst being very mindful of taking care of this beautiful listed building.

Natural, season materials where used throughout to bring in the surrounding countryside & rustic charm and feel of the Inn.

These amazing images by capture my time creating the designs and styling the doorstep beautifully 🍂

It really is a gem of a pub and was great fun to decorate

Not too big as Carol is petite but just big enough to show off a bit!
