Beautiful curtains are an investment, and with the right care, they can continue to look stunning for years to come.

Use your vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment on a low setting to gently remove dust and prevent build-up. Always work from top to bottom.

🌬️ 2. Let your curtains breathe
Open your curtains each day to allow fresh air to circulate. This helps prevent musty smells and keeps fabrics feeling fresh.

A simple shake when opening or closing your curtains can help loosen dust and keep the folds sitting beautifully.

💕 Best Friends Come in All Shapes and Sizes... A shout out! 🪡

I'm incredibly lucky to have some truly wonderful friends who are there through thick and thin, and I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. 💛

But there's another friendship that's stood the test of time...

My sewing machines! 😂

They've been by my side through busy seasons, late nights, big house projects, last-minute alterations, moments of triumph, and the occasional "why isn't this behaving?!" moment too!

Day after day, stitch after stitch, they've helped me create thousands of bespoke curtains, blinds, cushions and soft furnishings for homes I’ve had the privilege to work in.

They may not answer back (thankfully! 😉), but they're certainly some of the hardest-working friends I have.

Here's to great friends... both human and mechanical! ❤️🪡

There's something so satisfying about reaching this stage of a project.

The fabric has been measured, carefully cut, every detail checked, and everything is laid out ready to go. Now the real transformation begins. ✨

What starts as beautiful fabric will soon become bespoke curtains, Roman blinds or soft furnishings, all made with care and attention to every last stitch.

It's one of those moments that never gets old. I still get excited knowing that in a few hours' time, these pieces will be well on their way to becoming part of someone's home.

Right then... sewing machine, let's do this! 💛

I have a wardrobe full of fabrics! 😂

And honestly? I wouldn't have it any other way.

Every shelf is packed with beautiful textures, colours, patterns and ideas, just waiting to become someone's dream curtains, Roman blinds, cushions or soft furnishings.

Choosing fabrics is one of my favourite parts of the job. There's something so exciting about opening the doors and knowing each book could be the start of a completely different home transformation.

I may have a slight fabric addiction... but there are definitely worse things to collect! 😉💛
