🌿✨ Something a little different this June… ✨🌿

I’m very pleased to be collaborating with Samantha Culshaw-Robinson from The Live Well Practice as part of her next The Art of Nature Wellbeing Walks.

The sessions will bring together gentle mindful walks, friendly conversation, tea & biscuits, and beginner-friendly creative activities in a calm and welcoming environment. 💚

I’ll be facilitating the creative side of things, starting with Week1 - Paper Flowers made from recycled books, maps and paper scraps. 🌸

🧵 I’ll be in Bolsover this Saturday! 🧵

This Saturday 16th May, I’ll be joining Platform Thirty1 Creative Women's Network as part of Derbyshire Makes' Festival - Bolsover Day for a free drop-in introduction to heritage button making 😊

You’ll be able to have a go at making either a Yorkshire or a Deathead button

Both techniques are beginner-friendly, relaxing and surprisingly addictive once you get started!

And the best part? You won’t just make one button to take home, you’ll also receive simple tools and printed instructions so you can continue exploring the craft afterwards.

📍 Find me at gazebo pitch 30 on Castle Street in Bolsover, just past Castle Street Café and outside The Pump

💐What a beautiful workshop we had last Thursday, celebrating Earth Day 2026.

🌼We made very pretty flowers out of old maps, surplus crepe paper and an old book which have otherwise eventually ended up in the bin. We also had a go at loom flowers which can be made with left overs from knitting or crochet projects. (No photos but a video tutorial coming soon! )

🌸 These can be used for centre table decorations, wreaths, garlands, especially effective when paired with (battery) tea lights or string led lights. ✨

💮 It was such an enjoyable evening - as it always is! Thank you to Jackie at .nottingham for hosting us. 💚 Thank you to all the participants who came and contributed to raising another £30 for .
