Just a few places remain on our Sourdough Pizza event that is being held here at Coaley Mill on Friday 13th November.

Our Sourdough Pizza event is a hands-on class for Everhot owners and starts at 10:00am. The event costs £75 per person and includes drinks and a home cooked lunch prepared by Sara from Sara's Sourdough Bakehouse.

During the demonstration you will learn how to make a variety of pizzas, including:

🍕 Classic margarita
🍕 Breakfast pizza (bacon with a cracked egg on top)
🍕 Plain flat bread pizza with olive oil and flaked salt
🍕 Tomato based pizza with mozzarella, leeks and chilli
🍕 Spinach and ricotta calzone
🍕 Blue cheese, walnut and honey pizza

Included in the cost of the class is a jar of sourdough starter, plus 2 balls of pizza dough to take home and bake the next day.

This would make the perfect present for an Everhot owner, so please call 01453 890018 to reserve your space.
