Herringbone scarf from start to finish! Used a hot pink warp and bright yellow weft but intrigued as to whether swapping those round would have changed the look as the yellow has come out stronger this way 🤔

I had numbered markers from .stitches to mark every 10cm so I knew how far along I'd got which worked a treat! 🥰

Very much loving cupro cotton, my favourite so far! Going to try some boucle next 😊

So pleased with this one! Much happier with the weaving this time, I was weaving a bit to tightly on the last scarf so used more yarn than I needed to whereas this one is just right. It's lovely and wide at nearly 12 inches. Absolutely love it!

Project number two! A mat for the top of our drawers to protect the wood. Used aran for this and there's tons of mistakes because it's an awkward sod! In the dents where there were two strands it got quite sticky so kept missing strands. Tension was rubbish towards the end (think I needed to thread back stick through all the loops not just the two ends ones as it was bending), I didn't leave long enough to hem one end so had to tie two strands together which was annoying but the knot isn't noticeable so that's fine, and originally I was just going to make a small one for just under my creams but make two from the same warp but then decided after I'd started to just make a long piece so I think it could have done with being a bit longer ideally but hey ho I'm happy with it anyways! 😁

First proper project off the loom! It's so soft and very long at 2m as I didn't take into account how I attached the warp and made it too long oops! I think I may have been beating too tightly too but I'm still pleased with it. Decided on a short fringe since it's so long!
