An act of service from me to you this morning. Please object to AI using your account on Instagram and Facebook by going to your instagram settings and objecting! Go to settings, to privacy centre and then object, fill in the box and submit. Whilst you have a choice, do it! We do need water and energy, we do need creativity, we know the damage AI is already doing SO let’s STOP it where we can. Cyber attacks are on the rise. You do not need a stupid AI cartoon of yourself and mostly you can write and think for yourself! Get rid of the BOTS 🤖

Morning loves, happy weekend! The fur brats slept well but I incarcerated them, so they had no choice. Mean doggo mum I am. Seriously needed a little sleep and I’m happy with their almost 7am wake up call, that will do nicely. I will get them back into sleep routine and then in a few days they can go back to their cosy beds in front of the AGA.

Isn’t it dark and wet outside. The wind has died down here now but boy it was blustery yesterday. P was stood at the island looking out of one window and said ‘oh looks like the storm has passed, it’s nice and sunny’ and I was looking out of the opposite kitchen window and it was super stormy! One kitchen , two weather patterns lol! The weirdness of the Wild Wolds eh!

Anywho, I feel like baking today! My son and his wife are here for supper tomorrow night, so I need at least a pudding and a cake made. I’m also going bypass the Sunday roast and make their request of lasagne. Why not? I do miss cooking for family!

As one floral creation begins its travels, I’m already moving on to my next project, a rather luxurious festive wreath! I start thinking about how I want it to look, the colours, the design and then I gather those supplies and start the process. Creativity never sleeps.

Just appreciating the festive swag before I pack her up for her journey and that’s the snag! It’s terrifying sending florals in the post! Will she arrive in fine fettle or be a pile of dried flowers and foliage with no diy manual! I have a few tricks up my sleeve to ensure she arrives in one piece! Wish her luck 🍀

Captains log, Friyeah again. What an ungodly hour to let the dogs out into the pouring rain….!

P was up at death o’clock to go and get tyres from the other side of the darned country! The dogs don’t care that it’s still the middle of the night! Honestly they are divas!

Missy Wanda is already an expensive beastie! Mind you buying blind is a risk but they did fail to mention the 6 overly worn tyres that has just passed an MOT?

Now I’m going to try bribery to get those dogs to settle into a deep and even snooze, because I’m very grumpy.

I said to myself last night that I must not watch any news from here on as it appears to be triggering me to feel very unsettled. All this chat about us Brits having to ‘get ready’….for what? Ffs! I guess the rush for loo roll will be epic again!

Anywho, rather than worry, I shall be blissfully unaware when the 💩 hits the fan! Then I shall immerse myself in faff and floof and rise from the ashes like a phoenix holding a pretty wreath lol!

October weather is crackers isn’t it but expected in many ways. I went to bed ice cold last night, couldn’t warm myself through. All the blankets needed.
