Congratulations to Simon Fannon for completing the London Marathon today and breaking a world record in the process by knitting the longest scarf while running a marathon. He needed to beat 3.7metres and knitted an amazing 5.59metres.
He was raising money for two worthy causes and

We were very honoured today to have a visit from Mr Thomas (Tommy) Doherty and his daughter Lynn. Tommy was recently awarded Freedom of the City of Lisburn, it was an absolute pleasure to chat with him today.
