🌱 Ficus Elastica ‘Abidjan’ is full of retro character with her broad dark green and burgundy leaves ✨This dramatic South Asian statement plant will grow into tall trees (more on that later) ✨🌴

Considered one of the very best plants to clean the air, is resistant to pests, and increases the humidity of your room. Good for your health, stylish, AND low maintenance? Yes please! How to care for this adorable cutie down below 👇

☀️ - Prefers bright, indirect light, and ideally a few hours of morning/late afternoon sunshine (Avoid harsh midday direct sun though!)

💧 - Water when the soil is almost completely dry, then saturate. Good draining soil is essential!

🌡️ - Thrives in temperatures between 18-29°C. Protect from cold drafts!

🪴 - Repot when roots pop out from drainage holes, or when top heavy. Equal parts bark, perlite, and soil for air and drainage.

🐾 - Not pet friendly.

❌ ✂️ Unpruned: Upwards of 3M, narrow slender tree looking effect

✂️ Pruned: Bushy, wider look with a maximum 1M spread

🌿 Begonia Maculata ‘Black Forest’ is a striking cultivar of the Polka Dot Begonia, with luminous almost-black leaves adorned with contrasting silver-white spots and deep red undersides. The leaves from certain angles look like a pair of angel wings 🪽! How to care for this adorable cutie down below ⤵️

☀️ - Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch its delicate leaves. Will tolerate low light but may lose vibrancy.

💧 - Water when the top few cm feels dry. In winter, reduce watering to allow top half of the soil to dry out between watering.

🌡️ - Thrives in temperatures between 18-24°C. Protect from cold drafts!

🪴 - Repot every 1-2 years or when root-bound.

🐾 - Not pet friendly.

Air plants don't need soil to grow, but they definitely need a weekly bath 🛀

A quick 30 minutes soak is all they'll need, but remember to leave out your tap water for a day or two to let the chlorine evaporate before bath time!
