The north-facing room previously featured green wallpaper and paint, along with an en-suite bathroom. As the house already has two bathrooms, the en-suite was removed to improve the functionality of the space.

A new bespoke floor-to-ceiling wardrobe was introduced, and the original Victorian coving was carefully retained to ensure continuity with the rest of the house. Plants and a blush pink sofa bed were added to brighten the room and create a softer, more cheerful atmosphere. The space now functions as a home office, while easily transforming into a comfortable guest bedroom when needed.

This kitchen is part of Lyncombe House, originally built in 1868 by Charles Barry Jr. The previous scheme featured a modern wood-effect kitchen with green walls, which was replaced with a timeless white, floor-to-ceiling classic design. A new skylight was introduced to bring additional natural light into the space and enhance its sense of openness. Cold floor tiles were removed and replaced with warm wooden flooring to create a more inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features a marble worktop paired with elegant brass handles for a refined finish. A pendant light above the dining table adds softness and visual interest. Linen dining chairs sit beside the window, with the table positioned to enjoy views of the garden. The result is a simple yet comfortable kitchen, filled with warmth and natural light...

Family Bathroom Before & After ✨

This family bathroom was completely transformed by rethinking the layout from the beginning. We relocated the door to improve flow and functionality.

A calm, soft décor palette was introduced to create a relaxing atmosphere — practical & timeless.

Often, the biggest change doesn’t come from new tiles or colours, but from thoughtful planning.

If your space feels challenging or doesn’t quite work, sometimes a new layout changes everything .

A monochromatic family home softened with touches of colour in every room.

Classic mouldings meet modern furniture, creating a balance between past and present.

An open kitchen, dining and living space flows through floor-to-ceiling glass doors into a generous garden — where indoors and outdoors become one, and everyone finds their own way to be together.

This beautiful living and dining room project is part of Lyncombe House, originally built in 1868 by Charles Barry Jr. The space combines elegant classical features with carefully selected modern furniture to create a timeless yet contemporary interior. We focused on preserving the original architectural details, including the decorative mouldings, while introducing a fresh, modern feel. Large, beautiful windows open the room to the garden, allowing light to flood the space and creating a strong connection with nature. The living and dining area feels almost as though you are sitting within the garden itself. Natural wood in warm tones and furniture with organic shapes were used to enhance this sense of calm and harmony. The result is a balanced, inviting space that respects the home’s heritage while embracing modern living.
