Bar spectacular!

At Kew Gardens we designed this bar as more than a place to gather, but something to step into.

A canopy of garden roses and layered foliage rising from the centre of the room, creating a focal moment.

Guests don’t just approach the bar, they arrive into it.
Surrounded, considered, completely immersed in the atmosphere.

And it holds. From the first pour to the final glass, exactly as intended, with botanically accurate faux stems.

Instead of looking down an aisle, you’re sitting within it. Surrounded by it.

I’m quite particular about what I like.

I’m not drawn to anything that feels overworked or overly polished.
I prefer a sense of depth. Layers that feel natural, slightly undone, but still intentional.

That carries through into my work.
Generous in scale, but always considered. Never busy, never filler.

It has to sit comfortably in the space.
Like it belongs there.

I think the best designs are the ones you don’t fully take in at first.
They unfold the longer you’re in them.

That’s always the aim.
