What have we been up to recently? 🤔 Where do we start…

With some of our biggest projects installing in quick succession, it’s certainly been a busy summer here at Th2 Designs.

First up is the completion and installation of our Hertfordshire Project – a beautiful contemporary new-build that we’ve been designing for the loviest returning clients as their forever family home. Created with entertaining, family life and future generations in mind, it’s one of our largest projects to date. We can’t wait to take you behind the scenes and share more of the design journey.

Next came our North London Project. After more than two years of collaboration, design development and craftsmanship, we finally completed the installation this month. It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch this home evolve, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished spaces with you very soon.

Alongside these installations, work continues across many of our ongoing projects. We’ve also celebrated the retirement of our wonderful Trish with a farewell lunch, photographed two recently completed projects in Notting Hill and Kensington, and put the finishing touches to Volume Three of the Th2 Designs coffee table book – a special edition celebrating our 21st anniversary.

Safe to say, it’s been a summer to remember… and there’s so much more to come.

Introducing our latest residential project: A contemporary hillside retreat in Andalucia, Spain 🫒🌿

Set amongst the rolling hills of the Andalucian countryside, this exclusive contemporary residence was designed as a private retreat for returning clients seeking a home designed for both luxury and tranquillity and which had a close connection to its surroundings.

Even with a strong vision for the property, our clients wanted to fully understand how the architecture, interiors and furnishings would come together before construction began. Through bespoke visualisations, we were able to bring the complete design concept to life, offering clarity, confidence and a true feel for the finished home.

Designed for family living and entertaining, the villa centres around a dramatic double-height living space, flowing into an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Every space has been carefully positioned to embrace uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, creating a seamless relationship between indoors and out.

The interiors reflect the natural beauty of Andalucia, combining warm earthy tones, tactile materials and rustic influences paired with the clean lines of the contemporary architecture. Bespoke timber screens add texture, depth and atmosphere, filtering light throughout the house adding to the sense of calm and privacy.

Featuring four generous bedrooms, a private principal suite with terrace and pool, cinema room, spa, wine cellar, gym and expansive outdoor spaces, this hillside retreat was created as a sanctuary for both relaxation and entertaining.

We’re incredibly proud to share that we’ve been recognised as one of Country & Town House 50 Finest Interior Designers of 2026.
To be included in this inspiring collection of designers is a real honour, a recognition we’re truly grateful for. ♥️

This summer also marks 21 years of Th2 Designs, a milestone that gives us the perfect opportunity to reflect on the wonderful clients, collaborators and projects that have shaped our journey so far. Thank you to everyone who has been part of it.

Looking ahead, we’re excited for the year to unfold, with projects ranging from elegant family homes in Central London to coastal hideaways further afield and overseas. We can’t wait to bring these spaces to life and share more of what’s to come.

Progress, inspiration and plenty happening behind the scenes ☀️📸🏡

The studio has been busy across projects, shoots and supplier visits, with plenty of exciting developments taking shape behind the scenes.

We recently enjoyed an inspiring team visit to WOW!House, (where Sheils almost went viral for her candid review 😆) gathering fresh ideas and celebrating the incredible creativity and craftsmanship on display.

Alongside this, we’ve been behind the scenes on our latest photoshoot in Notting Hill capturing a completed project that we’re looking forward to sharing with you very soon.

On site, our contemporary period home renovation in North London continues to make fantastic progress, with key details now coming together as we move closer to completion.

We’ve also been catching up with suppliers and visiting showrooms, discovering new products and strengthening relationships with the talented people we collaborate with every day.

It’s shaping up to be an exciting season for the studio, and we can’t wait to share more with you over the coming weeks.
