From planning approval to full renovation, front and rear façades included, this charming mews house has been given a whole new lease of life for our wonderful client (and his cat !)

Every floor was thoughtfully reconfigured and designed to suit his lifestyle: a bespoke kitchen with a cosy banquette dining area, trendy living space with storage for a vast record collection, a sleek bar area, home office, and a serene master suite complete with its own sauna.

A sensitive restoration of a Georgian family home in the heart of South Dublin. The project brings renewed life to a period property, balancing respect for its architectural heritage with the quiet elegance of contemporary living.

Original features were meticulously restored, from ornate plasterwork to handcrafted joinery, preserving the home’s timeless proportions. New layers of function and comfort have been seamlessly introduced; home office spaces, a tranquil private gym, and a bespoke in-frame kitchen forming the social heart of the house.
