Step inside the enchanting world of Fine Art & Fancy Things!

From beautifully hand-painted ballet shoes by Sophie Smith to nostalgic vintage matchboxes transformed into tiny scenes, intricate dioramas, and even vintage cameras reimagined as miniature worlds, every piece invites you to stop and look a little closer.

Carey also introduces the remarkable work of his 14-year-old daughter, Arabella, whose exquisitely detailed doll’s house food - from glazed fruit tarts and celebration cakes to perfectly laid dining tables - is almost too convincing to believe it’s miniature.

Created by the Duffy family in their Hampstead studio, each piece is handcrafted with extraordinary care.

Ersan of Keeping Time Clock Service, , with a captivating 1920s German singing bird automaton, whose hand wound clockwork, miniature bellows,and tiny whistle work together to recreate the remarkably lifelike song of a bird.

Hosted by Smutty Smiff and Stephen Coelgrave, the afternoon brings together art, music and great company, with new Wildkat clothing available, the Jan Pomerans exhibition continuing on display at Walk on the Wild Side Art, plus drinks, and a DJ set.

The party also features a live performance from the legendary Paul-Ronney Angel of Urban Voodoo Machine.

50 years apart. One unforgettable tradition.

To celebrate our 50th birthday, we recreated one of the most iconic moments from Alfies’ opening day in 1976, as the Pearly Kings & Queens of London once again arrived in full regalia by horse and cart.

Looking back at the original photographs alongside these new ones is a wonderful reminder of London’s enduring traditions and the remarkable community that has surrounded Alfies for five decades.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Pearly Kings & Queens of London for helping us bring history back to life, and to Sonny Hillier Horsedrawn for providing the beautiful horse and carriage that made it all possible.
